Information you choose to provide
The website does not require an account. If you use an enquiry or invitation form, the details you enter—such as your name, organization, email, phone number, event information and message—are used only to prepare an email addressed to the coordination office. The website does not silently transmit the form or store it in a website database. You decide whether to send the prepared email from your own email application.
Technical information and external services
Basic technical information may be processed by the hosting platform to deliver pages securely, maintain reliability and prevent abuse. The website also links to public services such as LinkedIn, Instagram, GSMA, HNL and news or event websites. Opening those links takes you to a separate service governed by its own privacy policy, cookies and account settings. Every such departure is marked as an external link.
Use, retention and choices
Messages sent by email may be retained by the coordination office for the time reasonably needed to assess, respond to and follow up on the request. Information is not offered for sale. You may choose not to provide optional information, avoid external links, or request correction or deletion of a message you previously sent, subject to legitimate operational, security and record-keeping needs.
